Anything with navy spots or stripes calls for a red lip. It’s a fact. Another fact: I love this dress. It’s ridiculously easy to style- ballet flats and tights in winter, bare legs and wedges in summer – and has renewed my adoration for peter pan collars. If you haven’t already noticed, I switch up my look pretty frequently, but I’ll always go back to something girly- collared blouses, shift dresses and full skirts. Universally flattering and universally adorable. You can’t argue with that.

Hope (those of you who have one) you’re all enjoying the long weekend. I know I am! I kicked it off with a late morning walk and ended with shooting outfit photos in this uber-beautiful location. What are you up to?

Wearing: Kee Boutique dress, Topshop shoes, MAC’s Ruby Woo.

this outfit is so simply styled but i love it! i also totally agree with how blouses, shift dresses and full skirts are fabulous. they are so wearable and can be dressed in so many different ways to suit every occasion. glad you’re having a lovely weekend! i’m just trying to enjoy the sun whilst it lasts as british weather has a reputation for changing… and not always for the better too!
