I like this blog to be a reflection of all the good things in my life, but honestly I’m in a horrendous mood right now. Long story short I bought some concert tickets that haven’t come through, school wasn’t fun and I’m terribly sleep deprived so please ignore all my whining. I know my problems are trivial and diminutive in the scheme of things. Sometimes you just gotta whinge on the internet, apparently.
So yep- I’m back at school for semester two of fashion and so far it’s… well it’s school. But on Tuesdays we get free food so there’s that. Also- I got this coat to help me survive this crazy winter about to hit Melb- what do we think? I can’t decide if it’s too long/formal for erryday wear. Help a sister out.
So fingers crossed tomorrow I’ll be attending the Glass Animals concert. Pro tip- don’t give money to someone you met on Facebook with no mutual friends. V bad idea and not good adulting at all. I seriously could have bought so many Amy’s burritos with that money. Oh well. Hope y’all are having a good night- I’m gonna get some rest. xx
‘Twas a wonderful week filled with art, friends and good food. I love doing these posts because I get to reflect and reminisce on my week (and you guys seem to enjoy it too). I’m nostalgic like that. So this week I: saw a really freaking beautiful sunset, went to the Jeremy Scott x Melissa event (the collection is AMAZING btw), rocked my customised Supre jacket and felt like a badass, plus one-d my friend Bellamie to said event, re-vamped my desk, had coffee with my five-year-old-friend and saw the Andy Warhol x Ai Wei Wei exhibit at the NGV. It was magical.
And to finish it all off, I got to fly home yesterday. I missed my family, friends and dogs (lol) so much and it is so dang nice to be back in my old room. Too hot for my new Melbournite self here in QLD but I’m getting used to it. Also, I should definitely not be allowed to drive after a month away from the wheel. Let’s just say I wasn’t exactly crash-hot to begin with. I guess my body’s pretty stoked too because I’ve been home for about 24 hours and have slept for roughly 15 of them. Kinda seems like I’m a 3-nap-a-day kinda gal now. I have a vlog of this week coming tomorrow if I don’t sleep through this entire week. I’ll talk to y’all very soon- have a wonderful Easter weekend. ♡
WASSUP ERRYBODY?! If you follow me on Insta you would’ve seen a sneaky peek at this post last night, plus a promise that it would go up within the hour…. but I fell asleep with my laptop on my stomach at 10pm. I was also watching Youtube videos when I fell asleep and they auto-played for literally 5 hours before I woke up to stop them. By this time my laptop was also approximately the temperature of the sun.
ANYWAYS last night was Halloween, so naturally I stayed in and watched Tim Burton movies and ate pizza. I did go out and dress up the night before, but forgot my camera and smashed my phone to smitherines. So we pretty much have no documentation of that. It was last-minute anyways so I kinda just rubbed fake blood on my face and called it a night. Halloween’s really not that great here in Oz. What did you dress up as for Halloween?
I kinda took the opportunity to channel my inner witch for this outfit, though. I’m all about it. Plus I spent this whole morning re-doing my Tumblr, so if you wanna head over there feel free! I’ve been in a weird mood with my posts lately. I want to switch up my content (new posts, different ideas) but have no idea which direction to go in. Watch this space, I guess? AND CHECK OUT MY NEW VIDEO! Okay enough from me. So much lovin’. ♡
Happy Sunday! Here’s a little something to tide you over til my next post. My March Favourites! Watch me dance to Drake, talk about my new hair and just generally be a freak. Let me know if you like videos! I’ve got an outfit post coming this afternoon, but until then- have a magical weekend. xx
