Neon is hands down one of the best things to wear in summer. This Ali & Kris top could stop traffic or turn heads- either way it’s an attention grabber. The key to neon is (unless you’re colourblocking) to make make the rest of your outfit not-so-neon, maybe with nudes or break it up with a print like I did here. White looks particularly sleek with neon accents (a la Love Aesthetics) but then again, there are no rules. When it comes to neon, it should be noticeable!

Although I’d love to be wearing this right now, the weather is absolutely torrential. We caught the tail-end of a cyclone, and to sum it up I don’t plan on going outside anytime soon. But, as much as it’s terrifying-power outages, water damage, flooding-it’s perfect weather for cashmere, a book and a hot chocolate. The glass is always half-full! Stay safe xo
